What is this webshop?

This is the official online store of Naria, where you can purchase our music, merchandise, and exclusive items directly from the band.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional but allows you to track orders more easily and speed up future purchases.

How do I place an order?

  1. Browse our webshop and add items to your cart
  2. Proceed to checkout
  3. Enter your billing and (if applicable) shipping details
  4. Choose your payment method
  5. Confirm your order

You will receive an order confirmation email once the purchase is completed.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.

How do I receive digital products?

Digital items (such as downloads) will be available immediately after payment. You will receive a download link via email and/or in your account area.

Can I re-download digital purchases?

Yes, if you have an account, you can access your downloads there. Otherwise, keep the confirmation email with the download link.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted for physical items if they are unused and in original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Are digital products refundable?

Due to the nature of digital content, digital downloads are generally non-refundable unless there is a technical issue.
