The seller operates as a small business (Kleinunternehmer) under §19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG). Therefore, no VAT is charged or shown separately on invoices.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

We offer physical products such as vinyl records and merchandise.

All products are subject to availability. Minor variations in packaging or color may occur and do not constitute defects.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Euro (€).

As a small business under §19 UStG, VAT is not charged or separately displayed.

For customers outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from Germany.

Shipping costs are shown during checkout and depend on the delivery destination.

Delivery times vary depending on location and postal service. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer once the goods have been handed over to the shipping provider.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

You must return the goods in their original condition. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio recordings (e.g., vinyl records) if the seal has been removed after delivery.

6. Returns Outside the EU

For customers outside the European Union, returns may be accepted at our discretion. Please contact us before sending any items back.

Return shipping costs and any customs-related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

For simple negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.
